I am so in heaven right now.I have a lot hate relationship with Apple. I love their computers but hate the company and it's arrogance. Apple has bascially sued every company that has come out with a Tablet or a phone using Android for one reason or another.
It would take me months to list all these lawsuits but today Motorola won huge against Apple. Apple removes products from online store. Apple also recently lost an injunction against Samsung. So Apple might be going down. And for any of you who might say Apple is worth $400 billion remember that is only Stock value.
If the Stock market crashed tomorrow so would Apple. Anyway i will let PocketNow.com give you these great news.
There are two rather important bits today regarding the world of Android and Apple. Motorola was seeking an injunction against Apple's iCloud and the German Mannheim Regional Court granted a permanent injunction. It refers to Apple's iCloud push email service (as well as MobileMe) and any devices that can access it. The Motorola lawsuit was aimed at Apple Sales International (the Ireland-based European sales organization for Cupertino) and the decision is only enforceable in Germany (so it's not Europe-wide). Users, as Florian Mueller notes, "will probably have to configure their clients so as to check periodically for new email, as opposed to getting BlackBerry-style updates pushed to them".
Great for Motorola. You don't go after a company that basically invented the cell phone.
