The "Amazing Spider-Man" actress showed off her sense of style in a black Alexander McQueen frock as she mingled with fellow fabulous females outside the Shrine Exposition Center.
Also among the nominees, Emma and her fellow "The Help" castmates find themselves in the running for the Outstanding Performance By A Cast In A Motion Picture accolade.
Airing live on TNT and TBS at 8PM ET, the show honors the best in Hollywood over the past year while also having selected Mary Tyler Moore as the recipient of the 48th Life Achievement Award.
