It was likely the most controversial ruling since OJ Simpson's acquittal, and Casey Anthony is free from her jail cell after being found "not guilty" of murdering her daughter Caylee.
However, Anthony's freedom isn't all that it's cracked up to be- her lawyer Cheny Mason told press that there's a long road ahead for his client.
"Her life is going to be very difficult for a very long time. As long as there are so many people of the lynch mob mentality, those willing to deny the fact that the jury found her not guilty, she's going to have issues."
Cheny also noted that Casey is still dealing with the loss of her daughter, as well as the mental anguish that came with being locked up for three years. "This is very psychologically expensive for a human being, and she will take awhile to adjust."
In the meantime, Ms. Anthony is being guarded at a secret location. "She's gone. She's safe," said a tight-lipped Mason.
