The "Never Say Never" singer was more than happy to stop and pose for pictures before heading inside the Ed Sullivan Theatre in New York City.
Bieber handled the Top Ten duties for the evening, coming up with his own list of little known facts to share with the audience.
Taking a shot at the show's host, Justin joked, "My mom had to remind me that [Letterman] is not Larry King."
