Joining in on the cinematic festivities, James Franco attended "The Broken Tower" event at the 2011 Los Angeles Film Festival on Monday night (June 20).
The 127 Hours" hunk was the center of attention at the Regal Cinemas L.A. LIVE venue as he was joined by LAFF Artistic Director David Ansen for the media Q & A session.
As for Franco's new movie, "The Broken Tower" is "a biography of American poet Hart Crane who committed suicide at the age of 32 by jumping off the steamship SS Orizaba."
With Franco also acting as the director, the drama co-stars Michael Shannon and Stacey Miller.
