After spending two years together as a couple, George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis have called it quits.
"We are not together anymore. It's very difficult and very personal, and we hope everyone can respect our privacy," Clooney and Canalis said in a joint statement Wednesday (June 22).
The now ex-couple's last sighting together was back in May when they stepped out to celebrate "The Men Who Stare At Goats" actor's 50th birthday.
When asked if she was enjoying the limelight with George when they first made their love official in September 2009, Elisabetta said, "Yes, I love it!"
