Kicking off her workday, Mary Kate Olsen was spotted leaving a hotel in New York City this afternoon (May 13).
The actress/designer donned a black dress and sunglasses as she carried her coffee cup out to a chauffeured car.
Earlier this week, Mary Kate was spotted dining out at The Darby Supper Club with a hunky new male companion.
Olsen also recently released a sneak peek of the Elizabeth and James TEXTILE's Fall line, and it's fabulous, of course.
