Taking advantage of the warming springtime weather, Bethenny Frankel was spotted venturing out of her SoHo apartment building in New York City on Thursday (May 12).
Looking to not have a care in the world as she takes a break following season's wrap on her TV show, the reality star lazily strolled down the Big Apple streets to tend to her afternoon agenda.
And while she seemed to be in quite the pleasant mood, Miss Frankel is in the midst of a lawsuit - as her former managers at Raw Talent have sued her for over $100 million over earnings from ehr SkinnGirl cocktail brand.
Replying to the legal filings earlier today, Miss Frankel told The Hollywood Reporter, "Unfortunately, one of the signs of success is being the subject of frivolous lawsuits, like this one. This is simply someone with his hand out, who did nothing to earn it, and I am not going to be bullied."
Also asked whether a countersuit is in the plans, Bethenny told, "We are exploring all of our options, including filing counterclaims against these people."
